 Keith Hall started in the property management business in 1989 when he borrowed $13,500 from one of his former school teachers to purchase and renovate his first rental house. From there, our company has grown to over 100 single family, multi-family, industrial and retail units. Since the beginning, Keith's business model has been consistent: providing the highest quality properties at affordable prices. He has worked hard to build the company and his knowledge of the property management business. In the early 1990's, he subcontracted to manage over 1,000 HUD owned apartment units in Montgomery, Birmingham and Chattanooga. In addition, from 1993-1994 he held HUD's Single Family Asset Manager contract for central Alabama and also has managed the U.S. Marshal for the Middle District of Alabama's seized property portfolio. From 1996-2004, he represented the City of Fultondale, Alabama's Commercial Development Authority in implementing it's wildly successful commercial development strategy.
He has also been active in civic and charitable activities for a number of years. He was elected as the youngest Constable in the State of Alabama in 1988 and served Jefferson County in this capacity until 1992. He was elected to the Leeds City Council in 2000 and served as chairman of the Finance Committee. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Jefferson County Housing Authority. He was awarded the Civitan Citizenship Award, a Key to the City of Talladega, is Past President of the Leeds Exchange Club, a member of the Alabama Apartment Council, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders. One of his most rewarding experiences was serving on the Advisory Board for the Alabama Sheriff's Boys Central Ranch.
